Good Points: Staff on the phone where helpful and knew what they where talking about.
Bad Points: Payment process seemed a bit strange, but worked.
General comments: I found Ice21 (www.ice21.co.uk) a very good site and I am pleased that I ordered my car parts online from these guys. With car audio being a strange thing to purchase online it felt like shop service with a web price. I suppose most form of payment are strange but once I had written on all my details it seems to make sense. The staff were helpful and they let me know what exactly I needed and seemed to know what they were talking about.
