    I found DFW Furniture Direct online and then read some of the reviews. At first I was apprehensive in buying anything there because of some of the reviews; however, I am glad I did. I purchased a love seat on a Wednesday and it was delivered the second Sunday. I would buy other furniture at this store in the future.

    I ordered 6 pieces Amber Diamond bedroom set from DFW Furniture Direct on 9/18 on line and I still haven't received my bedroom set yet. I sent an email to the owner, Jeff Bowden on 9/26 to let me know when I can expect to receive my bedroom set. He responded to my email on 9/28 to inform me that he's still trying to coordinate a day they can go to Austin, TX to deliver my items. I haven't heard from them after a week and so I sent another email on 10/9 and I still haven't heard from Jeff Bowden. ...

    I ordered a dining room table on the 29th of Sept. and got a call back saying my order was in on the 6th of Oct. It took them exactly a week to get my order in! I scheduled for them to deliver the weekend of the 10th. Took only a couple hours out of my day for them to get to my home, set up and be on there way.     DO NOT order from this place. I placed an order online ONE month ago, they said it would be delivered in one week. Never once did they call me and explain why there was such a delay. After calling them several times and asking about the status of my order with no results or no follow up calls from them, I finally asked for a refund and they said FINE, and hung up the phone. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

    Wow. I have been searching for the right mattress. I have previously worked at mattress stores as a sales associate. I could not believe DFW Furniture Directs pricing. I thought maybe they were used (which is illegal btw) or that he was giving generic boxsprings and voiding warranties all together. NO NO NO!! his prices are just that low. I got a 100 percent latex mattress for 477. No one can touch this price. I am blown away and get a good nights rest!

    DFW Furniture Direct furniture arrived in exactly 3 weeks. Couldnt be happier. You just have to be patient with delivery. People that complain about this company are not patient on delivery. You will get the best item for the best price anywhere because I searched everywhere and ended up going with the Blackwell Queen Bed.

    I think DFW is well worth a wait. I mean how do you think they get the prices so low? Why do you think other big chains have higher prices? I am a small business owner as well and you can not have your cake and eat it to as a consumer. I ordered from this gentleman who was very realistic about everything. He did not set my hopes high to le tme down. No one can touch his prices and his welcomeness you feel when you walk into his business.

    I couldn't be happier with my purchase from DFW Furniture Direct. My pub table set is beautiful and was delivered as scheduled. They were courteous, fast, and assembled my table and chairs perfectly. I'm furnishing my entire home with this company. I couldn't recommend them more. Great store!

    I was concerned about ordering furniture from DFW Furniture Direct based on the bad reviews I've read. I decided to take a chance and was very pleased with the furniture and service from this store.
    I don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this company. They were great to me and delivered my furniture when promised. Will buy from again.

    I recently purchased the Hendricks Bedroom Collection from J.R. at DFW Furniture Direct and I couldn't be happier. I was reluctant to order the furniture without seeing it first, but I was assured it was high quality and that I would love it. I did!

    J.R. told me the bedroom set would arrive within 7-10 business days and I got it in a week flat. I would recommend DFW Furniture Direct to anyone. Low prices, quick delivery, and wonderful furniture.

    They will take your money, keep you waiting for close to a month and then do not even have the courtesy to call you . so when you finally get tired of waiting, and call, they inform you that they do not have ur shipment and rudely offer to refund your money! meanwhile you have wasted over a month waiting for your DFW furniture. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE AT ALL!!

    I also ordered a table from DFW Furniture Direct 2 full weeks ago. i was promised it would be ready in 7-10business days. Needless to say after 2 whole weeks i called only to be informed by them that my table is out of stock.. they apologised ( a lot of good that does me now) and i had to go out and look for another table elsewhere and cancel my order! Do not order from this company! they are quick to take your money and do not deliver on time.

    DFW Furniture Direct will take your money and promise you anything that you want but never deliver on that. Owner will provide you firm date on date of order but never after that.

    I bought sofa & loveseat from DFW Furniture Direct last week and couldn't be happier.
    The best thing, it was free delivery AND setup in my home, all the way to downtown Dallas. This is quality furniture at GREAT prices! Believe me, I've been shopping furniture for a long time.

    I found good quality furniture products on the DFW Furniture Direct website. I will shop at this store again.
