It's a great idea to use Quidco if you shop online anyway as the cashback you get is a bonus. It's really surprising how much money you can save. The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is that the odd company is slow in paying but Quidco will chase this up for you if you are concerned. Don't wait, give it a try - you can just have a look if you want, without committing to buying initially - be shocked by how much YOU can save! (read more)

I've promoted Quidco heavily over the past few years, spending a good £3K through them after having shocking service with TCB. But, Quidco are starting to decline more and more sales including some big names such as Dell. Personally I hold the cash-back sites responsible when they decline a payment and I don't believe in hiding behind the retailer. If you advertise a cashback deal Quidco and don't pay up, it's false advertising, period. It's time for virtual businesses to be treated under... (read more)

Been with Quidco for 2/3years now... Overall satisfied as i've managed to save a considerable amount which i wouldn't have otherwise. just recently got my latest cashback for £40 for o2 broadband. Pros - obvious one is that I've recieved my Cashback everytime although time it's taken has been long. - Couple of times my cashback didn't track but raised this with customer service and the rest was dealt by them without any further emails from me. Would only use for something I would be buying anyway. You need to regard cashback as a bonus if you get it. Shockingly poor customer service. (read more)

So, after 2 years and 4 months I finally get my cashback from Quidco today. What is interesting is the payment relates to 3 different retailers. Fossil actually paid quidco on the 7th dec 2011, other 2 purchases relate to 2012 and were both paid by the retailer to quidco in 2012-months before year end. Yet they wait until 28/02/13 so they can claw their 5.00 admin fee for what equates to doing a really naff job. I will never use this Company again. Absolutely appauling. (read more)

I am surprised to see so many really negative reviews here. I have used Quidco for a year now and have been paid (not just promised, but actually paid) just shy of £90 over the course of the year. Quidco is a site that gives you cash back, eventually, on items you buy from other retailers by providing a link to their websites and recording the items you buy.
