Nice and easy to use. Log in and select the category you want to shop in or enter the name if you know it. Then just link to the site and buy what you want. Give it a few weeks and the cash back is available for you to spend. You can even spend it on other sites and get even more discounts. Lots of dosh! I can't think of anything I didn't like. I purchased an item from the Apple store on 1st january. It said payout would be in 12 weeks. I waited and waited and still no payout and it wasnt until i sent my second query through that suddenly the money appeared. I appreciate that it could be the problem lay with the apple store but over 5 months is a rediculaous ammount of time to have to wait for payment. Thanks for your comment. We always try to respond to Support Tickets within a few days so I'm sorry if you've not heard back from us yet. If you can send us an e-mail then we will be more than happy to look into this for you.
Transactions can take up to 7 days to track in our members' accounts and several months to progress through to 'payable' status. They can also sometimes unfortunately fail to track or go on to be declined by the merchant. Please don't worry though as we do have procedures in place to try and recover untracked/declined cashback if this is what's happened here.

Hi, they refused to pay me so I fought hard to get paid. Then they did the same to my son. I had to have a Facebook campaign to expose them and even had a watchdog interview. They say they will pay my son but what a battle to get what was earned by us and should be ours without question! I noticed they have wonderful reviews on trustpilot and they both promote each other. Cashback can take a while to process. Some merchants, for example, will have a validation period which has to expire before the payment is made. If this is has passed the 'estimated payment speed' shown on your account, I can chase the transaction up for you.

I apologize that you have been having tracking problems on your account.
The majority of purchases will track without a problem, however, when this issue is reoccurring, it could suggest that something is preventing these transactions tracking to your account.
These kinds of issues are usually to do with your Internet browser or the firewall/security settings on your computer. These can detect 'cookies', mark them as a threat, and prevent them from being placed on your computer. Cookies are essential for successful tracking, so it is important that these are enabled.
There is a lot of useful information in our Help section, which advises you on how to ensure you purchases track.
Please do be assured that once a purchase has tracked to your account it will be paid. We do have to wait for the merchant to pass on the funds to the affiliate network, who then pass this on to us so that we can then award the cash back to our members. Cashback on average takes around 2-3 months to be paid. In some cases it can be sooner or it can be later. It all depends on how long it takes for the merchant to pass on the funds.

I can see that you are upset here, but I can assure you that this is not the case. I can see from your account that you have had tracking issues, which can occur from time to time.
In these cases, we do not receive any cashback for the transaction, and we do our utmost to recover the amount for you via the missing cashback claims.
As previously suggested, these issues are usually to do with PC settings and I would be happy to help as much as possible in resolving this for you.
Although it is clearly not your experience, I can assure you that the vast majority of transactions are paid without issue and tracking issues are relatively rare.

So far it has taken just too long to get the cashback from start to finish and is off putting. As an existing customer, I do not want the register window for new customers to block my log on section. It hasn't taken so long to eventually turn cashback into a voucher code but even this has taken almost a week. Everything could be tightened up. I am really sorry that your cash back has taken longer to progress than you expected.
The Payment speed of a transaction can vary depending on the merchant. Contract/Policy based transactions do take longer to progress to the payable status as the merchant has validation periods and needs to ensure that the policy is still running after a certain number of months, and that it has not been cancelled.
Regarding the Payment, once you have requested this, you should receive it within a few days. Obviously if you request it before the weekend then it can take slightly longer.
I really hope that this experience will not deter you from using our site in the future.

I have used top cash back for a year or so and am currently just shy of £650 cash back now for doing nothing more than buying products or service from the place I was planning on getting it anyway. I bought car insurance through top cash back paid about 15 quid more for the policy than going direct to RSA and then didn't receive a penny of the £45 cashback due. “It takes forever if ever that you get your cash back”

I still have pending payments from 8 months ago and I'm told to be patient. Pretty much after each transaction with Top Cash Back, I have to lodge a claim because the sell didn't go through. From there it will take months just to get to the merchant and then months and months if ever that I'm paid. I've been waiting months and months for many payments. I am glad to know that I am not alone in my disdain for this website. I have used ebates for YEARS and never had a problem like this. Unfortunately I was sucked in by a higher cash back percentage on one purchase at walmart and I have been waiting over 4 months for my $$. I just checked my ebates account and I have earned over $639 shopping with them over the years. If I ever have a dispute, I send them an email and they credit my account immediately or explain to me why I didn't receive the intended credit. (ie, a return). Compared to topcashback, I'd say they were close to perfect...

I am sorry that you feel this way. Cashback from insurance purchases do tend to take longer to reach payable due to validation periods that the merchants have in place. You would usually expect a transaction to become 'payable' after 2-3 months.

This is a brilliant service, can make money easily on almost anything. The only negative of this site is how long the money takes to be payable, however, this is a very small negative considering you are making money off something that you would be buying anyway. And once the money is payable and you want to withdraw from your account, this is done very quickly. “Although saving money - long delay in getting the payment”

While I thought that the Top Cashback website was relatively easy to navigate, the whole process was long winded. It took more than 3 months to receive the 'cash back' and with that I had to be proactive in requesting it. I would recommend this system for large purchases and if you don't mind getting the discount several months later. If not I believe there are other ways to get good discounts. (read more)

Yes, it does take around 3 months usually for your cashback to become payable, but it can less or more time than this.
This is because there are a number of stages behind the scenes that need to be completed, but please be assured that as soon as we are able to, we will progress your transaction to 'payable' in your account.

I would recommend signing up to any one, easy and big savings to be made! I saved today on stuff I was going to buy any way (this was at menkind). If you want to sign up follow this link and you will get a £5 high street voucher for doing so. The only downside to top cash back is that it can take a month or so for you receive your money. This does not bother me as i made savings i would never of had. Its a must if you want to get the most from your money. (read more)

Certain transactions may take up to 7 days to track in our members' accounts and several months to progress through to 'payable' status. This is dependent on whether or not the merchant has a validation period in place which needs to have passed before the merchant will seek to pay out any cashback that may be applicable.
We are constantly reviewing our site for improvements and we have recently introduced a faster payment method with certain merchants which means Transactions with merchants marked as offering 'Faster Payment' on TopCashback will progress to payable status as soon as they have been confirmed as valid by the merchant. This means that your cashback should be available for pay-out a lot sooner! Merchants offering this will have the words 'Faster Payment' marked under their logo.
