    promises a lot delivers zilch, watch out for bewiser van insurance £80 linked but you get an email from thier chairman ,just try to speak to him no chance,meonbarney

    i took out 2 insurance policy through topcashback site one on 30jun2009 and the other on the 7july 2009 both with reputable companys i have sent 2 quiery to topcash back one shows as waiting reply on my account the other has not been looked at all and i have nudged them as neither show in my payment transactions for my account yet and soon the 50 days to claim will be up for one of them, so that will be lost i assume, one owes me £80 the other owes me £70, so i guess the site will ke ...

    Probably more effort than its worth. Out of 14 transactions, 6 had not been tracked. If they don't appear on your account, you have to remember to chase them up before 50 days have expired. Rather tedious and who's got time to do this anyway? I did this for one retailer and haven't heard anything so far. Top Cashback don't appear to do anything to help you other than pass it onto the retailer.

    Top Cashback didn't track which I know is a chance you take with this kind if thing. Top Cashback have been no help in resolving it, have been waiting since November with no updates, the only replies I have had are automated responses so don't feel anyone is really dealing with it. Have 'nudged' them four times regarding it.

    Wouldn't use again, will stick to my usual cashback site which is reliable & helpful. When I have a query, I get a personal reply from a human being.

    Top Cashback is easy to use with clearly laid out links to retailers, display of cash back earned, very easy to see what is happening to account , if you have query's /disputes they are quick to reply to your messages.
    overall an excellent site offering a wide range of diverse retailers and excellent cash back rates regularly updated.
    care needed with search box when looking for retailers, the retailer may be on site but not found by search box worth doing a manual check just in case no provisio ...

    Top Cashback pay promptly and at 100%, so absolutely no complaints whatsoever, if you're going to use a cashback website then this is the one to use, some others charge an annual fee or have signup bonuses etc, but with a minimum payout you end up losing out. With TopCashback, what you earn is yours, all 100%. If you ask them a question they're also quicker than any other website to answer you. This site rocks and would recommend it to anyone! :-)
