I arranged bike frame collection from US to U.K and parcelflight came up with the cheapest quote. Once the quote was agreed and the bill paid for they sent me yet another bill for an extra £25 which to this day I still cannot understand. The labels did not arrived when they said they would and when they came they were wrong. I phoned them up and Scott sorted it our for me. Didn't turn up. Didn't return phone calls. Took our money paid in good faith. Urgent items for tomorrow which won't be there now. Total let down. Rotten customer service. Wish we had used ParcelPete instead but thought we would give this company a try - BIG mistake. Waited for 8 hours for collection so wasted the entire day for nothing. Upon my recommendation, my Mother decided to send a gift to Australia via Parcelflight. They rang to see if she had received her label by email, which she had done. However due to the two-step Parcelflight process you now need to go through, this led to some confusion as when she had received her label it had a Manchester sorting hub address and not the Sydney address she was expecting. Paid for a parcel to be collected and sent from US to the UK. Had delay for 5 business days. Next time paid for a parcel to be sent from the UK to US. Had to call them 4 times. Every time they tell - you will get your label in half an hour. Nothing happened. Finally the driver came for the parcel and I didnt get the label. Now they want 8 quid for rearranging the collection. It is obvious they delayed the labels to charge me 8 quid. Cheap con (read more)

Parcel Flight tendered for my business and provided a decent quote but proved that cheapest is not the best. Although stated on their website T&C's they did not state during correspondence that out item was not insured for transit. Package did not arrive at destination due to it being smashed. They will arrange collection and deliver parcels and they are cheap but they will charge for recollection which none of the others will. Personally I won't use these again, Interparcel are a far safer bet and won't charge for recollections and the site is nicer to use. Bit more expensive but worth it. (read more)

I booked an item from this courier to be delivered in Northern Ireland, they were suppose to send me a label to be printed out and attached to the package, they sent the label 2 hours after the courier came to collect. there's no reason OEM stuff can't turn up in boxes if shmiano are bunging out old stock they might only have boxed stuff to sell.I'd prefer my stuff to not be in boxes.

Appalling service. It has been almost a year since ParcelFlight took my parcel and attempted to deliver it to Ireland. I STILL have not had from ParcelFlight either a refund, my parcel back or any compensation (that I PAID for!) despite many many attempts to get some conclusion. This is the first time I have used the service. My parcel arrived in 3 days. I paid by card on the telephone as i don't use pay pal. no problems.
This parcel went to Luxembourg. it was picked up early afternoon on the Monday, and was delivered on the Wednesday. The cost was a third of the price quoted by the Post Office. I will use this service again with no doubt. All the infomation required was clearly on the Web Site, a phone call or an e-mail away

I have used parcelflight last year 2009 to deliver 4 boxes of laminate flooring and one roll of underlay foam as to return to floors on line for £178 refund. parcelflight apparentley used DHL for this. my parcels were delivered damaged, reciepiants refused to accept them. it has been over a year now still haven't had my money back as compensation, I have paid around £45.00 for the service, and further lost £178 the cost of the parcel. Parcelflight made everything so easy and were far cheaper than all the major carriers including Royal Mail.
Picked at lunch time Friday and delivered 60 hours later north of Sydney Australia.

I used ParcelFlight because they had a number I could call and they would insure my item for more than £1000, though the insurance was not particularly cheap.
When talking on the phone, the representative was extremely helpful and did everything he said he would do, booking the parcel for collection the same day and sending me the documents I needed.
When I had a query about the tracking, the representative chased it up with the delivery company and called me back.
Highly recommended.

Disliked: If I was clutching at straws I'd say that there wasn't anywhere in the online booking to stipulate a timeslot - although I requested a 4 hour time slot in the address detail and they did stick to it so I can't really fault them!
