    Good Points: Excellent customer relations. Kept informed on passage of luggage and follow up contact. Was informed of delay at the earliest opportunity. I am informing everyone of this service which makes for a hassle free journey.


    Bad Points: Would like to see 7 day service in operation.


    General comments: This sevice www.carrymyluggage.com was invaluable to me as I travelled at Christmas and one train was so crowded I would not have got on one train if I had been carrying all my luggage. On the return journey I had 4 changes (one involving a bus journey) and it would have been too stressful. Even though I booked my return journey on Christmas Eve the luggage labels arrived on the 28th.
    Well done for a wonderful service.
