    I cannot believe this! 10 June I bought a fuel injection pump, advertised as Bosch overhauled on Ebay. I told the vendor I would only pay via PayPal, he wanted a bank transfer. PayPal invoiced me and I paid pump + core deposit + post from Germany.

    The first pump was damaged (not in the post) the second clearly not overhauled. When I contacted PayPal they told me: I had bought OFF Ebay - they could not determine the price.

    I sent them photos of the actual offer and numbers of two similar offers by the vendor after mine + pictures of both pumps. Two Bosch centers also confirmed the pump had not been overhauled. 31 July I received a call from PayPal and after confirming some facts was told I was in the right and would receive a full refund.

    Today 7 August I received an e-m telling me that have no record of the phone call and they are staying with their original decision to not refund! I have to find an alternative company!.

    i have tried to make an international transfer trough one Paypal account to another.

    After one month and a half I am still waiting to have the money.
    They claim "You can't convert too much money" (5000 GBP).
    But I have still been charged for the conversion.

    They tell you "in three days, they will contact you". they don't and you do contact them so as to hear "you are being investigating. we will contact you within three days".

    If you don't need the money please use their service.

    I had a Paypal account for years before I actually started using it last october. 2 months later I got a bad deal on the internet and thought my money was gone forever (almost £80). My mate told me Paypal can help you recover money in dodgy situations and yes after checking paypal.co.uk terms and conditions they did and I managed to get all my money back. Thanks to paypal.
