    I am not sure that Online FX knows anything about customer service.

    I will never try and order from them again.

    Ordered by Molars from OnlineFX and i am very pleased with there service, they have a very good website, easy to use and easy to read, great customer support, will be using them again, highly recommended

    Ordered USD from Online FX and was called the next day saying I was not on the electoral roll. What has this got to do with my order?Because they couldn't find me they had not sent out my currency.It arrived late leaving it 2 days after the advertised next day delivery.If you need you cash the next day do not order with onlinefx.

    The rate on the Euro was very good from Online FX funds transfer. Requested a transfer to be made and it arrived in Austria within 1 hour. Good customer service backed with knowledge.
