Yes.yes.yes to the hippo hex2 driver. I am 29 years old and having been playing golf since age 13 - routinely a 10-12 handicap golfer - have played with the original king cobra driver since i was 13 or 14 - bought the hippo hex 2 regular shaft 10 degree driver in late june 2008 - played for the first time with it at the den at fox creek in bloomington, illinois 2 weeks later - shot 6 over par 78 - hadn't broke 80 in over 2 years - the ball rockets off the club head - the other 3 guys i was playing with were very much in amazement of my length - drove through 2 fairways - average drive prior to this club was all over the course and if i hit the cobra pure it went 270 - you can miss with the hex2 and still be in the side of the fairway - if i pure it, it goes 290-300 - purchased brand new on ebay for $130 including shipping and will change the way i play and score the game of golf

Have hit Taylor Made Burner, Calloway and Ping G10 and this club tops them all. Looks great and I've never hit the ball better. Hit consistantly straight drives, best driver on market today for half the price.

Hits it sweet and far, even off-centre connection. I hit it quite hard- bought two during the last year and both driver's head split open on the top seam. Do not spend too much time on the driving range if you hit it hard. The Hippo Hex 2 is a good club but this head split seems to be a common ocurrance.

Have been playing golf for over forty years now and play of 4 now (need to get it down) bought the Hippo Hex on a whim and don't regret it.
Have found 20/25 yards on my "old one" (Hogan "Big Ben").
Choose 10 ' with stiff shaft , although i might change the shaft for a pro series i will just wait and see.
Great price , good piece of kit recommended.

Tried out numerous clubs and this was one of the best but at half the price. Shame it fell apart. Im sorry to say but i would not recommend the Hippo Hex driver to anyone because of the head splitting.
