I ordered a Tascam DR-60D recorder. 5 days later it had not arrived. I e-mailed customer services who said it had been sent first class by royal mail the day after I placed the order. Having read some previous reviews I was concerned but the item arrived the following day. I ordered a record and, as the confirmation receipt confirmed, it was to be sent to a gift address. Juno sent it to registered home address instead. Advised them of their mistake (and included evidence of confirmation of alternative address) and they were completely uninterested/uncooperative. I ordered from this 'business' on ebay. The item was accidentally returned to them after being delivered to Argos. I asked if it could just be sent out again but they insisted that I would have to wait for a refund and then reorder. I ordered a DJ controller/mixer, when it came I tired everything to get it working but it ended up being faulty!! To make matters worse over a week later I don't have no controller or no money back!! I ordered Traktor Scratch A6 from the website and it arrived missing the time coded vinyls in a box that looked used already. They assured me they would have it collected on Monday and a new one sent to me for delivery on Tuesday. Juno mark items as dispatched on 24hr delivery, you take day off to wait for delivery only to find out the item wasn't actually dispatched. Stop deceiving customers with false information. I've ordered 2 CDJ stands from Juno that are comprised of 2 parts each, all four items ordered arrived used, they had scratches, paint chips, scuffs, the original boxes were unsealed and on top of it all they were missing part of the fixing hardware. I ordered Sennheiser HD 25-1 C DJ headphones from them. That was about 4 and a half weeks ago. THEY STILL HAVEN'T COME! I recently ordered from Juno.co.uk and was more than pleased with what they had in stock. I waited for my purchase for about 2 weeks and contacted them wondering where my purchase was. I ordered the Darth Vader 4 x usb hub, from them at about 13.30 pm on the Wednesday. I received the item on Thursday, at 10.11 am, now thts what i call fast. I purchased a pair of Sennheiser HD 650 Headphones from juno.
They where not really suitable for my needs.
The problem was returning them! what a pain in the ass.
I had to phone or email them to let them know i wanted to return them, they woudl then send me a form to fill in stating the reason why and then i had to wait for them to send me a returns number so I could send thm back.
The customer service was non existent, extremely poor for such a big company.

Bought a supposedly new and sealed double LP record from www.juno.co.uk, but the LP was not sealed, and there are a lot of dust, scuffed marks, nicks and scratches on all four sides. Definitely not a new one; probably a returned LP and they sold it for new. I did not return it coz I would have had to pay for the postage of returning it (from Asia).
