    Good Points: The phone actually dialed out.

    Bad Points: Had the phone hooked up in 2 weeks, never received DSL equipment even after 5 phone calls and 2 online support chats.

    General comments: I don't know why they don't want me to have internet, but the lack of response by Embarq makes me question what they would do to me in the future. I would recommend just to get high speed on cable and avoid these.
