Our memory foam mattress was delivered when requested, however the packaging was damaged and after we removed all the packaging we discovered that the mattress cover was also damaged. We contacted the company straight away. There was no verbal apology and we were told to photograph the damage and send the images via email, which we did. A bit of a hassle! A new cover was ordered and we had to make ourselves available for a second day to wait for that delivery. This should not be happening. We did get a confirmation email of the new cover delivery and an apology. But not good enough. That said the memory foam mattress is comfortable and cannot fault it after a couple of weeks use.

i ordered the memory foam mattress on Tue 23/11/2010 and agreed a delivery date of Thur 25/11, so very excited about it, we got rid of the old mattress, and to our disapointment it didn't turn up the delivery time was between 7.30a.m and 7.30p.m Mark also confirmed there would be an email sent out to me confirming the tracking number so i could track the delivery myself, which i never recieved, so the next morning I spoke to the lady on the switchboard and she rang me back and said it had been delayed until the 26/11, she assured me she would ring the carrier and put in a request to open the side gate and leave it there as nobody would be home until 3.30, when i arrived home there was no mattress. I eventually found my mattress at 11.00 p.m that night it was left with one of the neighbours on the street. very very disapointed with the service.
