  After deciding some months previously that I would try to save up and buy a mattress from memory-mattress.co.uk, because they answered my queries so well and I could see that the price and the delivery service was good, I was even more delighted when I got an email from them saying that they had some factory clearance ones to sell at a very reasonable price. It was really great to be able to get an even better deal - particularly in these financially difficult times. I had lower back muscle strain from a work related incident, that just refused to pass, but 1 week after having slept on this New Generation Mattress, the pain has finally passed - and its such a relief. All round great service. Highly recommended.

  What a great buy, the comfort level has to be experienced to be believed. I would strongly recommend to anyone who is considering buying a memory mattress to give a trial run, you will not be disappointed! Another thing worth mentioning if the high level of customer service you will receive.
  I don't normally leave feedback on purchases which is probably due to me not feeling I need to tell everyone how good the product is, with this mattress I do! IT DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN!!!

  This has been a fantastic buy, the comfort level has to be experienced to be believed! I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a memory mattress to give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Another point worth mentioning is the high level of customer service you will receive, I could not fault anything about the service or product! Does what it says on the tin!!!

  Excellent matress the best sleep we have had in years.
  The service and delivery are excellent. I have already recommended this web site to friends.
  I had shopped around prior to buying the mattress and found this to be very good value for money.

  Well made quality product and after only one night of use we can feel the benefits.
  I can stay in one position for much longer before having to turn over so the net result is a more restfull nights sleep. Have recommended my daughter to buy a full matress from this company.

  I bought a mattress for myself and a topper for my son. He has slept like a log since and I wake up with so much less pain and stiffness.(have a lower back/pelvis injury). My husband has also stopped snoring so my sleep is now uninterrupted and I feel refreshed in the morning. Ordering and delivery was so easy, and so quick. Less than 24 hours which is excellent. Packaging 1st class and easy to handle. The blue bag has been reused to store spare duvets. Excellent all round. Recommend 100%

  We purchased a divan, mattress, pillows & matress protector from Mark, Amanda & the team at Memory Mattress. The service was outstanding; fast, efficiant, accurate and timely. This included not just the ordering of the goods but the on going correspondence to arrange delivery, make payments and answer questions concerning our purchase. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Mark, first class in every way.

  very dissatisfied.
  brought a memory mattress ..good customer service..called back a few days later as it was causing pain..was asked to try it some more time before returning it ..now seems that i am stuck with it..
  please please if it happens to anybody dont trust them and just return it otherwise you amy get stuck

  after sleeping one night on my brothers memory mattress i wanted one and we intend to replace all are mattresses with memory ones. excellent service hassle free.haven't got any complaints and will definitely be ordering another.
  we did not realise the mattress would be delivered in such an easy to handel size. realy easy to move.

  we ordered our memory foam mattress on the 16th October and was delivered on the 19th that is a good delivery service and very prompt, at present my wife seems to be getting used to it ok, but it is me its taking me a bit longer as I suffer from Osteoarthitis and chronic pain in my spinal column so I hope in time that I might see a change in releive in my pains at some stage.

  Great family run business, very helpful throughout the whole process. Mattress is fantastic, sleeping better now than I have done for years, no more shoulder and neck ache.
