I first purchased a Memory Foam mattress in August 2010. My concerns were mainly my children destroying it by constant jumping!.. I spoke with Mark, who listened carefully and reassured me that this wouldn't be a problem..3 years on and he was absolutely correct...There isn't enough bounce with Memory Foam to keep kids interested for very long! I am delighted that this topper has significantly reduced my back ache. I have been sleeping on it now for two weeks and have also noticed an improvement in my sleeping. Recently received 2 memory foam mattresses , they were delivered fast , packaging was perfect , nice and vac packed to save space .
we have purchased numerous memory mattresses over the years all very expensive the ones from memory mattress are spot on for the money , i was over impressed with them ,
on top of the good service i received 2 memory foam type pillows for FREE , these are the best and they say budget on them , firm not to hot and just right far better than the expensive ones from dreams ..
no complaints here they say you get what you paid for , well in this instance i got a better mattress than expected and 2 FREE pillows .,

I am delighted with the Evolution Memory -Mattress which now takes pride of place on my Double bed. I always tend to be a little sceptical buying things on - line but on this occasion I need not have concerned myself after viewing the quality of the Mattress, and the comfort that goes with it - -a peaceful and restful nights sleep quaranteed at last !!
This experience was added to by the helpful and friendly attitude of the staff throughout ,which is often in short supply these days -so its a big to thank you to all concerned - Hiighly recommended with Best Wishes

I live in Spain. I ordered my mattress on a Friday and it arrived the following Thursday, beating the arrival of my bed, which came from an independent retailer just outside Barcelona {60 kilometers away}, by four days. Both items were ordered on the same day. The courier company delivering my bed said they couldn't find my address on Google maps. We ordered this after doing a fair bit of research into memory foam mattresses. At a cost of £556.00 it wasn't exactly the cheapest item for the house. The mattress was fine to start with, but after a few months the mattress had degraded (referred to as settlement) to a degree that we found unbearable from a comfort perspective. We had our first email from the customer in May 2012 which we responded too, then we did not have other contact until December 2012.
Distant Selling Regulation state if an item is more than 6 month old the customer as to prove the item in faulty, we try to resolve this by supplying pictures to the manufacturer, which in this case they did not think it was a warranty issue.
I told the customer to contact Fira for a independent report and all costs would be refunded if a fault was found.
The customer did pay £556 but £45 of total was also for a B.Sensible cover they purchased.
Copy of her email below sent may 2012, which also states she had the mattress for over 1 year and it was only the last few months before she found it uncomfortable. We really do not mind negative reviews being left, but wish they were more truthful, as the overall facts are a little unfair.

We purchased our memory foam mattress just over a year ago.
At first we absolutely loved it - couldn't wait to get home from trips away to our bed!
However in the last few months it's become really uncomfortable. We are waking now withbad backs every day. When my partner Jonathan was recently away, I slept in the middle of the bed and had no issues - so it seems to be where we sleep mainly (on the two sides), the mattress is becoming too soft. We've tried turning the mattress, which makes it more comfortable for about a week before we go back to the discomfort again.

We've had our (Synergy I-Plus HD) mattress a couple of weeks now, and we've had some really good nights of sleep. The sheets that are sold with it (B.Sensible covers) are also really good - very comfortable and they seem to be a lot thinner and less plasticy than many waterproof covers. After being very pleased with our mattress topper we decided to invest in an Evolution single mattress for our daughter. Their customer service were kind and efficient and took the time to help us choose the best option. At no time was I feeling pushed to buy the most expensive product. Having an " Ikea length" bed they were kind enough to send us a piece of spare foam so the mattress would not slide. we are always trying to support a family business, this one deserve a 5 stars!!

The Topper was not in stock but was told it will be send two days later and it arrived two days after the other. I sent a query email and got a reply with 4 hours. That is good customer service. We already had a memory foam mattress, but have been really impressed with your product and the pillows are just superb. We are now ordering one your toppers for one of our beds that has a new hard mattress, so should work well. The service and delivery are also excellent.
