Good Points: None.

Bad Points: Everything.

General comments: Horrible service and horrible company. Ordered a grip for my slr from 47th Street Photo and they promised to have it by Friday (ordered on Wednesday) in time for the wedding I was scheduled to shoot. It never showed and they never answered emails. When I finally talked to someone on Tuesday, they said it never even shipped and that they don't read emails so that's why they didn't respond. If you can, buy your camera gear somewhere else. Stay away from this outfit.

www.47stphoto.com didn't have items in stock even though they advertised as in stock. I ordered a camera kit and waited 3 weeks - nothing received. I had to call them to find out they were out of stock. I was very disappointed.

I ordered a Canon XTi camera from 47th Street Photo through Amazon thinking that Amazon screened their vendors. The website said the camera was in stock so I ordered it and within a couple days I received an email that my order had been shipped. When the item didn't arrive after two days (I paid for 2nd day delivery) I called them and they said my item was on backorder and it would be 1 to 2 weeks before I'd get it - my credit card was charged though.
