    Any Time Limo Chicago is the absolute worst company of any kind that I have ever dealt with. I came to Chicago from Texas on August 15th to see the Jimmy Buffett show. I was taking my 5 year old along with my wife and sister and her husband. Since I was unfamiliar with the area and I was staying about an hour away, I arranged for this company to pick us up at our hotel and take us to and from the show. I reserved this 3 months in advance.

    About 90 minutes prior to our scheduled pickup time, I received an automated call from anytime stating that my return trip was canceled due to a breakdown. That was it.

    I called the company and was told by a very rude woman that it was just an answering service and that I needed to call on Monday as there was nobody there on the weekends.

    Luckily the Westin hotel concierge was able to arrange a cab for us there and back.

    When we called anytime on Monday, they put us on hold about 10 times, then some guy got on the phone and told us he would call us back. Of course he never did.

    So today we are filling out paperwork from Visa to have the $370 charge (which was put through in June) removed from our credit card.

    Any Time Limo Chicago charge your credit card and will not refund when they add hidden charges to the contract.

    Don't take my word for it.

    Look them up on the Better Business Bureau website (www.bbb.com). You will see they are rated "F", the lowest rating they have.

    Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to deal with.

    The biggest complaint about any time limo is the driver did not help us in and out of the SUV limo. There were 11 women in our group and we all had on heels and sandals, and most of us are under 5'4 so it was a pretty big step up and down. At the end of the evening, my sister who recently had a c-section and has a newborn baby at home, was trying to get out of the limo and fell backwards out hitting her head hard on the pavement.     Any Time Limo Chicago, IL is horrible, horrible, horrible. . . . . . I think the emails below say enough. . . . I'm not sure how people like this stay in business. Please buy a $3.00 calculator and learn how to add and multiply! At the end I would like to add that we do not want "customers" who are ignorant and petty!Please do note that we treat paying customers like a family!     I have never dealt with such a rude and disrespectful person in the customer service industry such as with any time limo chicago. They charged our credit card without authorization and even threatened to keep the money and just not provide the service. We will be filing a claim with the BBB and already have with the credit card company.

    Will NOT use again. Was very dissatisfied and they did nothing about it after emailing, calling numerous times.
    Hummer could have been cleaned better, driver rude, found empty beer cans and bottles. We had a flat and they put us in a smaller limo and some had to actually sit on the sink and bar! Safety hazard surely?
    Very disappointed. We waited for our big day to go to the theater in style. They kept saying they were 'busy' and would call back - didn't call back, didn't respond to my email. ...

    Great service from Any Time Limo in Chicago! I was so happy with my wedding transportation. When we came out of the church, the limo was decorated and had a stocked bar in it. The driver was friendly and professional.
    The service exceeded my expectation.

    We got two limos for our wedding from them. The first was a 12 passenger "standard" limo and the other was a much larger hummer limo (hummerzine). The first, 12 passenger limo, showed up at the groom's house (mine) an hour early and the driver started cleaning it out at the curb. Not how I imagined the "red carpet service" promised on their website.     Any Time Limo provided a great service. The Limo arrived on time and the vehicle was clean and new. They don't provide you with CD's or DVD's so you have to take your own but overall, very impressed. Would definitely recommend using them to my friends.
