I cannot stress how wonderful the staff are at Bows and Bells! They have helped me so much on my journey to becoming a bride. There were complications but they never made me feel like a burden. They were always happy to help and were so caring! I hope lots of people see this and pop in to the wee shop. They are so lovely!! They also let me try on as many dresses as I needed to till I found the right dress. They just wanted to see me happy and make me feel like a princess.

I've been to another dress shop where I was only allowed to pick out a few dresses (really limited) and I went in to Bows and Bells where they said I could pick out as many as I liked. Absolutely brilliant!!!

Everytime I went for my fittings all the ladies made me feel so comfortable and were very chatty. I would always look forward to popping in! They were excellent with getting my dress in on time and doing the alterations. I loved my dress and felt beautiful on my wedding day. Thanks again.

I was in today with my Bridesmaids, looking for dresses after a terrible start in Perth, after being double booked in ivory whites in Perth and not even allowed to look at the dresses there we ended up in Kirkcaldy at bows and bells. The staff had an appointment up the back of the shop but were more than welcoming and allowed me to still come in and look at the dresses and I even got to try some on. The lady (sorry can't remember her name now, she had brown hair!) was extremely helpful and down to earth. I ended up finding my perfect dress! So thanks you so much for all the help after the awful day we had before we got there!

i was not at all happy with the service my bridesmaids got today at bows+bells in kirkcaldy.1 of my sisters is bigger than the rest but that doesnt mean 1 particular staff member gets to humiliate my sister.......not everyone is a size 0 or thereabouts....disgracefull!!!!

Bows and Bells in Kirkcaldy was amazing. The staff were so helpful and made the experience wonderful. After trying on 5 dresses the lovely lady who was helping us showed me one more dress and it was the one. I cannot express how helpful everyone was and how interested the staff were in my big day, they made me, the mother of the bride and the chief bridesmaid feel so at home and welcome. They also gave great advice regarding veils, shoes and all the other bits and pieces you need. I wish i was able to wear my wedding dress everyday and if i could have more than one then Bows and Bells would always be my first and last stop. Thank you so much for making my future day special already.

i would thoroughly recommend Bows and Bells in Kirkcaldy to anyone looking for their wedding dress. from the moment we walked in we were welcomed and staff were really friendly and helpful. they pulled different styles of dresses for me to try on and i fell in love with the first one i tried on. i would also say that the value for money for the beautiful dresses that they have is much better than some other bridal shops in the same area as i had visited a couple of other stores prior to Bows and bells and the prices were much more expensive but the dresses not comparable on quality. staff very friendly and helpful at all times. i look forward to my fittings.

Went into the shop just for a look!was asked what i was looking for,staff were great and second dress later i walked out very happy, cant wait for my fitting and picking up my dream dress.

The staff at Bows and Bells Kirkcaldy are absolutely fantastic. My daughter and I have had excellent service from start to finish. We had such a good time on our 1st visit that we were both looking forward to the fittings. We weren't disappointed. The experience of Isobel and Rae is second to none. We walked in off the street needing a dress in a very short space of time and at a limited budget. They have done us proud. Their honesty and advice has been much appreciated. Appointments were needed for the fittings but that was to be expected. We've had no nasty surprises as far as cost was concerned, everything was discussed and agreed. They make a great team.

I would have to strongly disagree with the 2 reviews from 8th March, like any other dress shop i visited an appoitment is required for fittings. Bows and Bells was my 3rd shop i visited, from where i got the dress of my dreams, and the attention to go with it from ALL the staff. From my first visit til my last myself and my bridesmaids were all made to feel special and recieved the very best advice. In the run up to my wedding i became such good friends with the staff that i invited them to my recieption and to this day i keep in touch with them. So i would highly recommend anyone to visit Bows and Bells, and i cannot fault any part of the service that i recieved from the staff for my wedding dress, 4 bridesmaids dresses and a flower girls dress.

I have to disagree with the two reviews left by 2 members of the same family on 8th March 2010. I have visited Bows and Bells in Kirkcaldy and found the staff to be very helpful indeed. I would like to point out that there are several notices within the shop regarding information on alterations, appointments etc. I visited the shop on several occasions and there are always two very helpful members of staff, more than willing to help and guide you through the process of dress fittings and the ordering of your dream dress and bridesmaids/flower girl dresses. Appointments are necessary on a Saturday, at these appointments full attention is given to the wedding party. However if a Saturday appointment is not suitable (as it was for me at times) a weekday appointment is available. Everything went without a hitch. I find the comments by these people very unfair and uneccessary. The members of staff at Bows and Bells work very hard to ensure that everything is in place for your big day!
