    Good Points: when I first bought this vacuum, I thought it had really good suction,but then things started going wrong!


    Bad Points: Partly broke now.


    General comments: After a couple of months of using this LG VKC902HTM I lost suction in the main carpet tool, there was no blockage. After several Emails to LG they informed me that I would have to purchase a new tool (my vacuum is 6months old) as tools are not covered by warranty. The vacuum is pretty useless without the main tool, and i can not use the vacuum for which it was purchased, cleaning carpets! Will not by any LG products again!

    The LG VKC902HTM is a fabulous Vacuum - absolutely terrific on hardwood floors - easy action - easy clean - the best hoover I have ever owned (I have had 8 different ones and this is the best).
