I understand the people who have rated them with 5 * because they used run a good service. THIS HAS CHANGED considerably. The do not now answer their phone, even raising an urgent 'call back' i'm still waiting 4 days later, they have sent one pathetic email. The case in question is down to stolen business and personal emails. They are disappearing out of my account without a trace. “Awful support and terrible service ”

I have been with Daily for nearly a year and cannot wait to leave at the end of the term (I paid for a year's worth of VPS). Changing providers is never a great thing as having to setup a whole new server again is going to be a pain, but staying with Daily simply is not worth it. To start with things seemed ok, they helped a little with things on the setup side of the server (but ticket support was slow). I cannot believe how poor their service is. They used to have people answering the phones, but now even raising an urgent call back they don't even bother. utterly disgusted by their company. DO NOT USE DAILY PEOPLE.

i use a picturecoff of a website i use to buy goods they complained so i took the images off then with out notification daily.co.uk cancelled 15 of my websites without notice putting me out of business now i have to sue therm . 33years in business and i have to deal with these amateur clowns . The provider i bought goods off i will never use again and for god sake dont used aily they will pull the plug on you with out notice which is illegal but they seemto have their own rule book… Read Full Review

“Slow and painful host”

Beware of having a daily eshop they have not only slow loading times for administration and surfers alike but also they offer no support on evenings or weekends. So if you are unlucky enough to have built up a popular eCommerce site with them over three years and their automated system decides to suspend your website for no reason as has happened to me this week end then you just have to suffer the lost income and damage to your websites reputation. “Rude support and slow”

My brother purchased a domain on my account and the support team called to speak to him. I was not with him at the time but they didn't believe me and demanded that I give them the information. Hi,

I'm Ray, the Support Manager at Daily and sorry to hear you've had such an experience.

Without knowing the domain name in question or any of your details with us, I can't bring up any account notes or history we may have, though generally if any of our team here were making an outbound call then we would speak to the account holder anyway (which is yourself from what you have said, so there should not be any issues there). We don't go cold-calling or anything here either, so an outbound call would either be a requested callback or there was an urgent issue (ownership disputes, sites trying to send spam etc.).

Also, we regularly performance check our hosting platforms which are currently returning sites at an excellent speeds, including database and CMS based sites. It may be a localised issue if you were seeing speed issues or other settings we may be able to advise on.

If you are able to make contact with us or let us know some details (username, ticket number, domain name etc.) then I'd certainly investigate this personally, as something certainly seems amiss from what you have said and I'd really like to get to the bottom of it.

“Problem Accessing My Website”

I had a problem accessing my website after I had uploaded the files to the Daily web server. After checking the files several times, I still couldn't find the answer to my problem. So I raised a call with Daily, which was immediately passed on to one of their technicians and the problem was resolved in no time at all.
