Previous credit history was dire...Aqua said yes to application.
Card dispatched quickly with decent credit limit. Only it took ages to activate the card due to some nook trying to sell me an extended card cover

Really pleased I chose the Aqua Credit Card. I would recommend them to anybody who has been a victim of credit issues in the past. Credit Limits are very good. Staff are particularly helpful and it's nice to learn that the Call Centres are in Wales not the otherside of the World. Statements are very easy to understand.

Aqua are good because they issued me with a new card after a few years break due to financial difficulty, I feel like I belong to the society again. Re-issuing me a new card brought me back my confidence and will enable me to prove my credibility again. Excellent customer service!

Excellent service (see good/bad points above) 24hr helpline with friendly staff & no long telephone queues, my calls are always answered straight away. Id definately recommend this card to people wanting a second chance with a credit score to build it up. The day I turned 18 (young & stupid) I grabbed as much credit as I could and thought it was great but I wasn't mature or responsible enough to pay it back hence my bad credit past-so its refreshing when someone gives you a second chance (now i' ...

I initially paid the balance through my local bank until they started charging £10 for the privilege. In October I set up a direct debit to clear the balance each month, come November - no statement, no money taken from my bank account. Apparently when a payment method is changed a statement is not issued for 2 months and payment cannot be taken unless a statement has been generated. (I was never told this), I also requested a Post Office payment card - twice! Still not received one. Recei ...

Generally a very good company and never had any problems with and after they drop your limit it's not long before their giving it back to you and if you still use it quite a bit during the dropping period they may extend your credit limit. Nice to be reconised and rewarded for your loyalty. Have recommended to a few of my friends. Good job all round.

Not really had a problem with the Aqua card, credit increases as you use the card and APR is about average.
Statements are easy to read and sending a payment via cheque ain't a hassle but you can change this to other methods.
