Good Points: Polite and quick response to my enquiry.

Bad Points: Wretched rate of interest not mentioned until I asked and found I must be able to do better elsewhere.

General comments: Service given polite and quick with the Bradford & Bingley Mini Cash ISA, but assured me I need do nothing with my Good for Life ISA on it's Anniversary.
Subsequently discovered that the current rate is only 0.50%.
Felt that title should be changed to Good for Nothing or , kindly, Good for a Laugh. !!

Easy to open a new Bradford And Bingley cash isa. A simple form can be completed at home or on line proforma in branch (id ni no.and proof of address needed) I didn't need an appointment to open. I liked the idea that i could take application form home and complete and return to branch with id. Thought it was good that I didn't have to arrange an appointment to open an isa (this is the procedure with osoe other isa providers
