Good Points: Was good rate but no longer available

    Bad Points: Unreliable and incompetent.

General comments: I have a AA saver fixed for a year just before Oct 2008. After the account was opened, I arranged the funds to be paid into my AA saver by a few direct debits scheduled on different dates. However, AA took the money out all together in a non-scheduled date, caused my bank account overdrawn, and the funds debited was not fully credited into my AA saver.

It took me 7 letters to get the missing money back. It took them 5 months to investigate, another 2 months to pay compensation. Even now I still think AA has not compensated enough lost interests as promised on their letters.
