    Good Points: None.

Bad Points: Impossible to deal with. Web site not functioning. DO NOT answer emails letters and phone calls.

General comments: Tried to open an email account end of September when I closed an account with the Abbey because I would be over 50000.
I already had ISAs and a bond with the local B&B local branch.
Monies have been lying dormant in my current bank for nearly four weeks, losing interest. TEN long waited premium phone calls, two letters, three emails and I am still unable to deposit my money with them. They cashed my opening cheque for £1 three weeks ago.
Awful impossible business practice. Be warned!

This is not a good savings account: the interest is fine but the hassle factor is ridiculously high. Whenever the interest rate improves they open a new account, which you have to apply for all over again - what a waste of time. Don't bother.

Couldn't complete their online account application. If you have been at your current address (which must be UK) for less than 6 months, you are required to enter your previous address. Having recently returned to the UK, the previous address I entered was outside UK. The form contains a field for "Country", which I duly entered, but because my old postcode was non-UK, the application process was blocked.
