Good Points: Good rate.
Bad Points: You have to switch account regularly to get the best rates (which they don't tell you about), the website is difficult to navigate, the application process is lengthy and complicated.
General comments: This is not a good savings account: the interest is fine but the hassle factor is ridiculously high. Whenever the interest rate improves they open a new account, which you have to apply for all over again - what a waste of time. Don't bother.

Couldn't complete their online account application. If you have been at your current address (which must be UK) for less than 6 months, you are required to enter your previous address. Having recently returned to the UK, the previous address I entered was outside UK. The form contains a field for "Country", which I duly entered, but because my old postcode was non-UK, the application process was blocked.
