Just because they have good reviews on their own website means nothing, I used pomdesign and as with the previous comments they did very little in a very long time , false promises, no design work, spelling errors after sending proof read notes, the list goes on, still not recieved my reciept for the deposit after 6 weeks. I used Pomp Design a few years ago, and right from the start it was just a long protracted waste of time. After I paid my deposit I was then heard nothing for 5 days until they contacted me asking me where my "design form" was, which it transpired he had...forgot to send. After he apologised for the error and sent the form, I sent it back after a week was wasted, which then set the scene perfectly for the following 6 months until he eventually finished the website. I am an 'older user' so have perhaps been less easy to explain things to than somebody brought up with the new technology. The gentleman at Pom Design has been utterly patient, and clear giving 'idiot proof' instructions which is greatly appreciated.
The site be built for me is exactly what I requested - except that it far surpassed my expectations. I have recommended this builder to others.

I am starting a business for the first time, so getting a website sorted is a big step. I had looked at a lot of companies that offer hosting, domain names etc. I chose POM Design for tow reasons - 1. the fixed cost included everything I needed, the domain name, email addresses, site design, earch engine optimisation and hosting.
