Since Topman card sold out to Santander, the customer service you have to endure is terrible. I had a Topman/Burton/Debenhams card but have closed them all as i cannot deal with Santander and the lack of knowledge the customer service advisors have. You may as well use a credit card to which you can get rewards! (read more)
