I have been using my store card and paid my bill on time. I went into Monsoon the other day during the sale and it had been declined. The store phoned customer service and they had blocked my account because when I applied for the card instore they gave me the wrong copy of the form! When asked if they were going to credit my account with the points they said no! I have complained about the customer service and they told me that I have to complain to Santander.

Really bad customer service
Took Monsoon Store Card 10 minutes & 5 security questions to be told that I needed to call another number.
All this because they haven't sent me any loyalty vouchers for the last 3 transactions.
