“Dislike most strimmers, but this most of all”

Strimmer line continually breaks, and getting the spool off and back on is awkward and difficult. Excessive noise and vibration in use. Definitely not for anyone who has high blood pressure.

“Bought this item from Argos, where it is reasonably...”

Bought this item from Argos, where it is reasonably well rated at 4 out of 5 stars based on 110 reviews. Unfortunately my personal experience of this product was extremely poor. I used the Easytrim for less than hour to do a small patch of lawn some 12sq m. The line broke on average every 5-10 minutes, I lost count of how many times I had to remove the line spool and pull more line through. I'll be returning this item back to Argos for a full refund as it is well below par.

The plastic drum that holds the feed has got jammed on my strimmer can't move it, any ideas?

How do you change the line? Do you remove the metal pin at the top first?
