The lads in the shop are spot on, really helpful and pleasant, but beware, if for any reason something goes wrong, i.e. delivery doesnt turn up etc the customer service side of this business is awful, they only have an answerphone on the customer service number and they WILL NOT ring you back, you can email all you like and you wont get a reponse and unfortunately the head office tell the lads in store not to chase things up for you because its the job of customer serivce, so the lads instore get the hassle from customers but there is nothing they can do to help you. If you dont have any problems with delivery or your goods then this is a good company, better still go and collect your products (just hope that nothing is missing when you get it home) I have spent £3k with this company over the last 12 months and i always buy in store, never online, and i always pay in full, never use the credit facilites. This last order is the only one that i had issues with and because of the ignorant nature of the customer service / head office team i will never use them again, which is a shame.

even tho my delivery address was confirmed by email as my uni address,my order was sent to my home, resulting in an extra £13 in postage,making this too expensive.

I was very pleased with the ease of use of the website and the ordering system. The product was good value for money and all confirmations came through swiftly. I am starting an exercise programme for a specific health issue and wanted to find an online store I could get familiar with, so I had taken lots of time to checking out plenty of sites - there are just SO many companies offering exercise equipment. I was feeling happy about my selection process for a whole 24 hours - then I received the email saying not only that the items were out of stock, but that it would be 6 to 8 weeks before my order could be fulfilled. This is really bad practice for web-based sales - it is vital to have up-to-date stock information or at least a faster notification process. I have now gone to what was my second choice company and have received confirmation that my order will be delivered within 48 hours - that's the sort of service that builds loyalty and repeat custom
