I ordered a mattress (luxuary gold) from this company on the 12th November and thankfully it happened to be out of stock and so today when they tried to arrange a delivery date I was able to cancel the order. I just wish I had read the reviews for this firm and it's products prior to ordering and saved myself the 10% cancellation charge.
I was unable to contact them by phone as it was either engaged or jusr rang out. I was just lucky that they phoned me to arrange a delivery date.
My husband has a severe arthritis of the spine and i would have been furious if the mattress had started to sag after a few months.
Thanks to all who took the time to review this company, I feel I have had a lucky escape.

Bought a king size mattress from them in December 07 and have been battling with them since June 08 for them to refund me for the poor, inadequate product that they sent to me.
The mattress is sagging on my side which has given me back ache and uncomfortable sleep for the past year and a half.
I have literally just taken delivery of a brand new Miracoil mattress from Bensons, after just under 2 years of owning a mattress from Memory Foam Mattress Firm.

We ordered a mid range memory foam mattress from the Memory Foam Mattress firm in September because of the 24 hr delivery claim that they stated on their website. I ordered it on the Thursday and asked them if they could please deliver it on the Monday morning and if this was a problem then please to contact me ASAP. Like others have said, if it were possible to give this company 0 stars I would. From the off the staff were rude and unhelpful - I should have listed to the warning bells then.

My husband and I purchased a luxury platinum king size memory foam mattress for £400 in August 2008 from The Memory Foam Mattress Firm. When it arrived the outer cover was very greasy and smelly and required removing and washing before we could sleep on the mattress.

Memory Foam do not listen to their customers, they do not phone you back, they do not email you back. I cancelled the order due to very bad customer service and think we had a lucky escape. If they are this bad before the delivery has even happened what would they be like if something is wrong with the mattress - i shudder to think...

Ordered 2 mattress covers on 7 Sept - was called the following day to say that the order had been taken and that I would be contacted by the delivery company - they didn't ring. Was called on the Friday to say delivery would be made on the Sunday and that I didn;t have to be in as they would just leave the covers - nothing arrived. Have tried calling them and either get engaged tone or no answer. Have emailed them and have got no answer. I'd give Memory Foam a miss if I were you.

ordered a 4 inch luxury silver mattress from the memoryfoam matress firm. delivered on the correct date and even collected the original mattress as it was too hard and delivered the replacement in good speed and when told on the phone. therefore no problems with service, however the mattress was too soft after about 6 months leaving a dent in the middle which consistently gave me back ache. replaced with a silent night pocket spring miracoil 3- much better soft but with back support.

What a poor service! It was confirmed that Memory Foam Mattress Firm Luxury Platinum 10-inch will be delivered over the weekend. Two times somebody was meant to call me to confirm the times. Never happened. Spent whole weekend at new flat (sleeping on the floor)waiting for matress which was never delivered. I'm trying to contact the company but as always the phone lines are busy or simply not working. Terrible service!

I bought a platinum memory foam mattress in 2007 and after less than 18 months there are dips on both sides and a ridge in the middle. I can no longer sleep on the mattress as it causes me back pain. I have sent e-mails and photos but have not heard anything back for nearly 3 months. If it were possible for me to rate this with no stars I would.

First of all there is no zero option to select so i had to select 1, i ordered a memory foam mattress from this website memoryfoammattressfirm in 2007, at that time they had offers like free pillows and free next day delivery going on like they still have now, the money left my bank account straight away after placing the order, but i had to wait for the mattress for two months, they dont have a customer service so dont expect one, sometime a lady takes your call who clearly sound like they dont ...

My little sister bought a Luxury silver 8-inch (20cm) 4 inches of memory foam mattress from them in December 2008. By February there was a massive dent on the right hand side which is causing her a lot of back pain. I have been trying to call them for months and get all kinds of excuses.

I bought the Luxury Silver Memory Foam Mattress from the Memory Foam Mattress Firm and it is totally useless after only 15 months of use. It has dips in either side where it is supposed to be providing "relief from pressure points" and a ridge down the middle. I placed an order with the memory foam mattress firm on the 10th April expecting delivery to be on the tues with the bank holiday weekend, however shortly after placing my order i received a phone call from customer service telling me they had received my order and would be delivering it that weekend and they would call me later on that day to confirm a date. Good delivery, but like with many other comments about Memory Foam Mattress a dip has formed on my side of the bed which is quite uncomfortable after 8 hours sleep. I do not feel it is good for my back. I have tried calling them but no answer.
I have had it a year now but am relying on the 6 year gaurentee, but not holding out for much joy.
Guess I can write £400 off over a year, but would think twice before buying from here again

I thought there was a terrible smell from the packaging, quite nauseating so much so that I took a day off work to recover - and this was in a well ventilated room. After the initial period once the smell wore off, the mattress was actually quite good - initially (that gets it another two rating marks)... I bought a memory mattress from The Memory Foam Mattress Firm on the 1st of Sept 2008. The website says they have 24hr delivery but I'm still waiting 8 days later. I have tried phoning on several occasions but have failed to speak to someone. I have also emailed several times but haven't had a reply. My personal experience hasn't been good.
