Ordered a very expensive jacket from this company for a party. They delivered a much cheaper product which was a different brand & colour to what i ordered. When i complained, i was told to send back the cheaper item for either a refund or replacement. Decided to have a refund as i didn't trust the company who tries to pass the blame onto everybody apart from themselves. Bought a diesel wallet from mainline menswear after two days the stiching come appart on the inner corner i sent them a email telling them this i got a email back saying they will have to send it away for testing? I got to the page that asked for your payment option and found no way to move on to the next page.I tried everything inc different browser and clicking on every single thing on the page but no it was impossible to finish the checkout so I left and ordered from another site with zero problems. Thank you for your feedback with regards to your attempted orders. I have passed this over to our IT team who haven't experienced this problem before. We have seen some special characters affect the connection between Mainline Menswear and Sagepay (our payment provider) however this appears to be a totally different, and isolated problem.
I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused with this problem and hope that you give us a second chance sometime in the future.

I paid extra to have my order sent guaranteed next day. I was disappointed when delivery wasn't made the following day, nor the day after. I contacted Mainlinemenswear and they finally sent the gloves out some three days later. I emailed again and asked for a refund of the special delivery charge but my email was ignored. I ordered from mainline menswear for the first time on saturday and when I spoke to a helper online the next day was assured that the shoes would arrive on tuesday. They arrived a day late and it turned out I had ordered them too big. When I spoke to the returns department I found them to be rude and unhelpful and they acted like they were doing me a favour by refunding me on a botched delivery time which cost me a days work sitting waiting for the item to arrive. I've found Mainline to be excellent. An amazing company which provide excellent service. I haven't found a better clothing company to deal with yet on the net. I tried ASOS before but they didn't quite match up to the quick, professional service. Mianline Menswear do have a good range of clothing as well as a good choice of designer labels & makes. However I find there prices to be very expensive. For example if I was to find a Firetrap T-Shirt that I liked on there site for £45.00 you could be sure if you was to Google that T-Shirt you could find it for at least £30.00 or cheaper elsewhere. I can guarantee Honestbuyer11 that we don't sell dodgy goods on Mainline Menswear. We do have faulty goods from time to time and these are inspected by the brands to offer impartial feedback on the potential problem.
Without looking into the exact details and order numbers I can only assume that the brand have advised against a fault, therefore we have followed their advice. I can only apologise if this has caused you upset or inconvenience.
