These guys hound you with junk emails with their offers despite unsubscribing to about 3 of them now. Shop elsewhere as many many retailers have the same deals but none are as relentless as these guys. Then an email received telling me my email is now blacklisted and will not be able to make further purchases using that email because I left them a 1 star review on ekomi.

Payed for next day delivery and actually the only reason I went with mainline as they were a bit more expensive. Turns out I needn’t have bothered as took 4 days to deliver!! Item was too small even though ordered a large jacket so sent it back thinking this happens. Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks! Coat was £285 so a lot for me to spend on my budget. Sent numerous emails and in the end called customer services which was a complete waste of time! The guy even pretended to speak to his manager and when I asked for his managers name confessed that he didn’t speak to any one! He said he is refusing my return as was a mark on it, I’m would put my life on it that there was no chance in hell I had marked it!! I literally tryed it on and put it straight back in the bag. Terrible customer service not helpful at all and terrible returns policy. They claim up to date tracking yet for two weeks my status remained delivered! Please don’t use this company promise they will be broke this time next year. Horrendous!

My parcel from Mainline Menswear was firstly due on and paid for a next day delivery which it wasn’t , it was then left in my recycling bin (which was in fact out for collection to be emptied ) their driver from their delivery firm DPD deeming this a safe place to leave my parcel!! This happened on the 22nd December and was a Christmas gift. My bin was emptied with the parcel inside ! It is now February and I still haven’t received my refund or a replacement item. Instead I have been expected to wait over 6 almost 7 weeks with no resolution. To have my emails ignored now on two separate occasions by mainlines menswear and my claim of no goods received via Clearpay also ignored and not even responded to while now also removing and deleting any negative reviews I post on their social media pages and blocking my account just Shocking !!

Placed an order for a top which showed as size 4 large on their website, but was actually a size 4 medium when it arrived, so immediately ordered a size 5 Extra large (which arrived as a size 5 large!) Returned the smaller medium which hadn’t even been opened and they refused the refund as they said it has been worn and smelt of aftershave! Strange as wasn’t opened by me or even been tried on! Shocking customer service and would never buy from again!

Horrible return policy. They didn't provide with an exchange shipping label. Send me a convoluted email with what I need to write on the return label not to be penalized etc. Sketchy stuff.

I’ve spent $1,000.s at this store via online. My last order is my last. There size guide is completely wrong. A medium is a XL- They won’t honour free return. The person from customer service was rude in her reply.

Don't waste your money they will send you items not as per description and poor quality and when you try to return they will lie about the most expensive item and say it had an Odour so they don't have to return it... Be ware and only pay using credit card for extra protection from them such as mainline menswear. Poor Customer service ... can't get a straight answer from them

If I could given Mainline Menswear NO stars I would,my elderly parents purchased a tracksuit from them costing £150.00 as a xmas present for my son,they wrapped this up in the clear packaging it came in.When my son went to put the tracksuit bottoms on there was a hole in the front of them,I contacted them to ask for an exchange and was asked to send in pictures of the bottoms then the packaging and finally to send the bottoms back to them, just received an email today to say will not be exchanging or refunding as all but calling me a Liar saying looks like we must have caught them ,saying things are thoroughly checked before sending out CLEARLY NOT .I am disgusted at how I have been treat by Mainline Menswear and will never shop with them again.If you are reading this review I would think twice before purchasing anything from them and would shop elsewhere. Did officially complain but once again might as well have called me a liar.I am a busy mum working full time within the NHS to have the time to make complaints up.Avoid if you want good customer service.

Very badly trained staff, don't deal with the problems they have created, very poor customer services. Unreliable delivery, and do not care or do anything about it. Blames everyone else for there mistakes including the customer, seriously avoid, same products are available elsewhere, from a lot better outlets, how care about there customers

When things go well its a very good company! However, if there's a problem they are an absolute disgrace whose only interest is money, money, money. Returned an item that was bought for me as a present - didn't like it and it was wrong size. They refused to exchange it because two 80+ years pensioners had bought if for me more than 30 days ago and according to the company's CUSTOMERS SERVICES it's their fault for not reading the small print on returns. What a disgusting attitude. Effectively two very elderly wonderful people have wasted £100+ and one of them is now in tears!

Disgusted!!! On 24 November 2017 I ordered a pack of boxer shorts for £26. Eight days later they had not arrived although the money had gone out of my bank on the 27th. So I rang today, 2nd December and spoke to a customer services woman. She says she emailed me on the 24 November, the day I ordered them, to tell me they were out of stock. I never received the email and why, if they were out of stock, did they take my money? I now have to wait seven days (because its a weekend) for my money to be refunded. What would have happened to my money if I hadn't queried this? The woman told me that sooner or later I would have got in touch. So this company took money from my bank account for goods they knew they could not supply. Be careful!!

My son bought a £90 top tried it on and returned it. We received a packet 2 weeks later with a letter saying they could not refund or exchange due to deoderant marks (he had just had a shower!) but the top wasn't enclosed in the bag. So they have our money and the top!!! when I called they asked for a photo of the empty bag so they could investigate!... terrible customer service.

Stay away from them. They have robbed me of my money iv prof of and belive me they have done it to the wrong person this time cause i'm not gona sit back let theses away with it. it's time to get this shop shut down do not buy from them. Very bad customer service when dealing with returns, a don't care attitude and no way to resolve the issue. Would not order from this company again......

Purchased a leather jacket in colour Darkest Brown. But received Black. Not a cheap item. Before deciding on using Mainline i asked did they have a price promise as i saw the jacket cheaper elsewhere but in a different colour. Their response was that they couldn't not price match because it wasn't Darkest Brown. Couldn't believe that I got Black today. Laughable terms and conditions. Now stuck with having to return it and waste my own time. Shame.
