    Good Points: Nice show room - good web site. Online purchase is very easy - goods come in very good wrapper and hard board boxes -creating a sensation among the people around your delivery address. in the show room no salesperson will pursue you like a grey hound -'can I help you'?'So you can enjoy shopping. They have very efficent return policy if you return unused product because of your second thought or just it does not fit you.


    Bad Points: Unfortunately there is severe deterioration of their quality. The customer service will not help you to get the refund if you complain after using the product for once or twice. So you have to know about the quality by touching it or consulting an astrologer who may predict whether the colour will fade or thread will come out within a week etc.


    General comments: Recently Marks and Spencer started selling garbage - There is little quality control. My experience is of course limited to less than 20 GBP trousers and 80 GBP suit. On all cases I find that these are meant for use and throw. Take the case of my suit - I wear suit once in a blue moon. So after two appearance with my new suit when I tried to wear it for the third time - I find that it is not in a wearable condition - threads (I call 'boblin') are coming out here and there. By this time 28 days refund time is over. All the trousers needed re-sewing in the 'hem' area. Very recently one of the two for 30 pound trouser started showing 'boblin' coming out from some places after one week of wearing. So I tried to return both -one I used and the other I have not yet used. They took the unused one but not the used one although it was despatched on 20 May and I tried to return on 14 th June (within 30 days).
