Good Points: Not one in my experience.
Bad Points: Phones - late delivery - no communication - never received any cashback as far as I am concerned.
General comments: Not even the delivery was in time as far as I am aware - though the T&C say that they would let you know about late delivery I didn't receive any information. On the phone they told me a bunch of lies and the phone arrived 10 days late, without apology in my opinion.
I never received one penny of my £420 cashback - they need 4 weeks to deal with a claim and I'm sure complaints go straight in the bin. I wrote 3 times and never received a reply. My worst experience with phone companies so far and I will never touch a contract phone again, thanks to phones 2 U direct.

If you have a mobile that is locked to the network who sold you the phone, 2u can unlock it for £2.99.
You can then insert any sim card (contract or PAYG) and put this mobile back into good use. You can even use foreign sim cards when on holiday and benefit from local call rates. instructions are e-mailed to you directly. The service will not work on mobiles reported lost or stolen.
