    They told me the Canon 30d lenses in the package deal were plastic and sold me cheaper lenses for more money. Said the camera did not come with a battery and charger. I bought a battery and charger. The camera was shipped with a battery and charger.
    The manuals were loose in the box. This was a return or a refurbished camera and I had bought a new one. I asked to send it back one hour after getting it and they would not give me a RA number. They were more than rude on the phone. I have a complaint in with the NY att. Generals office.

    I recommend staying away from bestpricecameras.com. They post "great deals" then try to sell upgrades because the lenses are plastic. You end up spending twice as much as the advertised package price and there is never a listing of what you ordered.
