    Bad Points: The Munton and Russell service is badly organised and there is usually lots of people behind desks doing virtually nothing just chatting- when I was there and it was not a lunch break


    General comments: I took the mortgage with Munton and Russell Agency because I could not afford to take it through a bank so I have chosen this agency because it was the one I was renting 'my' previous house through.
