Good Points: Overall good movie.
Bad Points: Sad ending.
General comments: I Am Legend is scary, jumpy different and sad, especially at the ending. Would not recomennd for young children, they would freak out! A real thriller, loved it!

I just thought it was a well made film which didn't try and rush through the story but relied more on suspense despite obviously having access to expensive.

I recommend not to waste your money on it. Poor action scenes because Neville is not hunting and killing the infected.

This movie is Hollywoods second attempt, after the Omega man (Charlston Heston) to translate Richard Mathesons apocalyptic vampire novel to the silver screen.
Although Will Smith gave a very convincing performance, the movie felt very shallow and left me wanting more.
More character development main and supporting cast, more survivalism, etc.
Also, the movie cast the nightwalkers as some type of ultra violent zombies. In the book, they were still intelligent and could speak, but looked awful.

A PG-13 rating was very liberal. Should have been rated R. Too much for my 9 yr old son and even myself at times. We thought about walking out of the theatre. Dissapointed

This film didn't get me thinking at all and was totally unbelievable when it could have been much better executed.

It is really good. It's freaky and it makes you jump which I think is good. It is the best film I have watched in a long time the graphics on the zombie like people and animals are really good. The car that will smith is driving is awesome. The best film ever!!!
I won't tell you about what happens because it will spoil the film and I hate it when that happens don't you?

I thought this film was brilliant, very jumpy. I cried too! Wicked film, definitely recommend this to anyone but young children.

This film is not bad at all, entertaining, but the ending is really poor, not necessary at all: the film should stop 5-10 minutes earlier, it would far much better. Great Will Smith anyway.

I don't see why I Am Legend gets 6/10 on every website. Really. It was a great movie and is one of my favorites. It was well directed and scripted. The acting was fabulous and the ending was artistic. Is everyone trying to make an example of this movie, like zombies need to be generic slow brain eating idiots or they need to demons? I think it really gives a unique view of earth without people.

Overall I think the movie is decent. The ending is weak, and cannot live up to the suspense like the ending of the book, from the start to pre-ending is good.
For Will Smith die hard fans, you won't be disappointed watching this film, but for the book fan, you might be disappointed.

I waited with bated breath for this film, and now wish I hadn't seen it.The Idea (well worn) has been exploited long and often enough, so the directer should be aware of all the pitfalls. this showed and the film was gritty and tense enough to hold the attention, the Zombie creatures were portrayed well, especially the hints that they had developed their own society, and were more than just mindless brutes.The big problem with this film is Will Smith, I like the guy i still enjoy fresh prince of ...

While I was slow to warm to I am Legend, being over saturated by the whole zombie thing, I did enjoy this film. Its nice to see will Smith in a different role and I thought he carried it off well. The dog plays a brilliant supporting actor role too. My only gripe is with the ending which (without giving anything away) I found abrupt.

I am Legend is not a zombie film, it is far deeper than that. It is exceptionally well made and kept me interested at all times. The director manages to make you feel as though you are actually in a deserted city and the sense of loneliness is tangible.This was actually a remake of a Charlton Heston classic called "The Omega Man" which I saw as a teenager and thoroughly enjoyed. If it wasn't for the Special effects and the mean and nasty Zombies headed up by the great acting by the K9 i think I would of been bored, sorry will this is not bad mate, however its watchable.

A great movie, full of suspense. Will Smith is absolutely amazing and manages to keep you interested despite the fact he's on his own for a lot of the film. Drags a little in parts but on the whole had me on the edge of my seat!
