DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE AND DON'T TRADE WITH TO YOUR HOME LTD. The fridge isn't fit for purpose. Wine and beer isn't chilled anywhere near enough. It is quite simply too warm to enjoy. Also the service received from To Your Home wasn't acceptable. It seemed good to the point they sent the goods and took my momeny. From there on, as soon as things started going wrong, their service became appalling. They did the bare minimum to stop us you having sufficient cause to request a full refund. We are left with a fridge we don't want and are £130 out of pocket. Take my advise and go to a local store who you can return the package directly to if unsatisfied.

I bought a DIHL WF-21 BSS wine cooler from "to your home" about two weeks ago. I have just fitted it on 20.6.09 and have found the fan is extremely noisy and it stays on for ages. I would say about ten times louder than my full size fridge/freezer. I dread to think how much electricity it uses and the noise is just not acceptable. I have managed to get it to cool to 11c on the temp gauge but the wine still is not cool enough. It is supposed to go to 8c but it will not. It cools to 11c then swit ...

we bought this Dihl WF-28 Wine Fridge in good spirit, but now after our 5th replacement, we think it,s rubbish, after 4 weeks it goes to 21c and will not go any lower, they send a engineer out who scratches his head, then orders a replacement, after 5 off them now, the new one has just broken, stay away from them,

We bought the Dihl WF-28 Wine Fridge as we liked the idea, however it has never worked. It simply takes up space in the corner. Despite it being within the 12 months guarantee, we have not been offered the opportunity for it to be repaired. Plenty e - mail advice, but it still doesn't work.

I had the old version of this Wine Fridge, but have just upgraded to the new 28 bottle cooler in stainless steel!
What an improvement, I only upgraded as my new house had all stainless steel appliances so I wanted the cooler to match but the noise is barely noticable now, it looks gorgeous and was an absolute bargain.

Great improvement, well done Dihl!!!

I had nothing but problems with my Dihl WF-28 Wine Fridge that i paid good money for. After a few days it would not reach 17 degrees for red wine and after contacting the retailer on many occasions they took the cooler back and repaired it only to ask me to pay for delivery again as they could not find a problem with it. Funny that as when it came back it went right to 17 degrees for about 3 weeks and now it has the same problem as before, only it will not get higher than 12 degrees this time.

I bought this Dihl wine cooler from www.toyourhome.co.uk. I would avoid this poor quality unit and especially now www.toyourhome.co.uk want to charge me to pick up the faulty goods!
