    Good Points: This is not so much a diet as a change in approach to eating habits. Anne Collins offers great personal support to help you when your willpower is low or when you need advice. The members discussion forum is also a great source of support and encouragement. It is very varied and has nine distinct eating plans. A full years membership costs only £10.97 or ' 15.97 or $19.97 and includes all nine plans. There are no monthly charges or any other additional charges. This is probably the cheapest online weight loss system.


    Bad Points: While the plan does include some exercise advice there could be a bit more detail and information.


    General comments: Don't be put off the look of the web site. It's the weight loss plan is what matters. For what you get for the one-off fee this has to be the best value weight loss program on the Web. Totally recommended.
