    Good Points: Simple. Clear. Easy to navigate. Covers everything - nutrition, weight, measurements, activities, moods. Some VERY interesting and useful charts and graphs. For example - it calculates the ACTUAL number of calories you burn based on your lifestyle. Also, the nutritional values of foods include all the vitamins and minerals, too. And the online version is FREE - which is always good!


    Bad Points: It's been so helpful to me, it's going to make my review sound like a sales pitch! But honestly, I have nothing to do with this company - I just stumbled across it on an internet search.


    General comments: Something I found particularly useful - you can estimate how fast the weight will come off! It shows you the calories you need to burn to lose the pounds, and measures that against the calories you are actually burning daily. And it's amazingly accurate! So if you're not losing weight, you can see why - increase the exercise or decrease the calories you take in, and the weight comes off! No more plateaus, no more excuses, no more mystery, no more lying to yourself, just take the time to enter in the data accurately and you find the pounds just keep falling away. What an incentive it is to keep going! You can begin to plan ahead and really visualise a date when your weight will really be where you want it. So no despair and depression, and giving up. Different things work for different people, but all I can say is, it's really working for me. It's inspiring me to keep at it.

    I use the online version of this software as I often eat out and do not have access to my computer 24/7. Today I emailed Cyser Software, the parent of Fitday.com. Hopefully they can fix the problem I am having. Good luck to all who are having issues.

    When I emailed the customer service at Fit Day, they have not responded. I suspect there's no one there since they haven't updated their initial release.

    Easy to use, varied list of items, ability to customize foods - add nutritional table information from recipes, etc - great reporting.
    In my opninion it needs more standard foods listed by brand name.
    Recommend Fit Day.com however to anyone!
