    Goods were cheaper than other stores and delivery arrived next day - very good service. I had a query about setting up my account and their customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. Ive also found them to be consistently good value compared to others.

    Excellent customer service. Purchased from Life And Looks as best price for perfume I wanted, added a little make up to order, cheaper than high st prices. Invoice by email was too small to read and order not arrived after 6 days, so on emailing customer service they supplied, new easy read invoice & express delivery at no additional charge. Order arrived next a.m. beautifully packaged with some bonus items. Highly recommended.

    The price at Life And Looks (www.lifeandlooks.com) was great (£7 cheaper than the rrp). My order came really quickly, and it was well packaged too. I'd shop there again again. They had a good range of products, including Clarins, and their communication was good. Another thing I liked was that they are a real pharmacy, so you can stock up on vitamins and tissues etc while you're there.
