I just bought tickets from TicketsNow and after paying a lot of money for great seats. I had to contact them, because they had not let me know how I would get my tickets, although they promise delivery before the event. I was informed my tickets were actually unavailable. I had to wait hours, before I finally was promised some random tickets, not as good, at the same price. I was sent to meet this really shady guy, who was scalping tickets on the street to pick up my tickets. I did get in, although I was concerned that they weren't even real. I had a very hard time getting anyone to help me out at all, without a half hour delay waiting for some email to go through, that NEVER made it. I was extremely dissapointed with them and will never recommend them to anyone. They make it really easy to buy or "order" but never tell you that there is no guarantee you will ever get tickets, even though you paid for them.

TicketsNow do not follow through on what they describe to you on the web site, by email, or by phone. Extra costs are hidden until purchase is made. Late purchase, but web site explained I could pick up at "Will Call". After purchase, only option was FedEx delivery, required I be at home waiting and sign. I wanted to go see ACDC. Ticketmaster seemed to be out of tickets...on their site they suggested to go to their sistersite:Ticketnow.com. I did and thought that the difference between the real ticket cost ($90) and their cost which I thought to be $112.50 per ticket was appropriate and purchased. I purchased (4) tickets for Foo Fighters at $100 each. I assumed this was the ticket face value. The actual price on the tickets was only $40 each. When I got to the show there were empty seats all around me. I should have gone directly to Ticketmaster. Make sure you research the actual ticket price before buying from Ticketsnow.com

I purchased 2 tickets for my husband and I to see the show Wicked in New York, through TicketsNow. TicketsNow sent me an e-mail that claimed I purchased 5 tickets totaling 1,155.00, 700 dollars more than I had wanted to spend.

I called them and they refused to refund the extra tickets on my bill. They said they would post the three extra tickets back on their site and only if they sold, would they refund me the money that I did not want to spend in the first place. I am now out 700 dollars an ...

I purchased 4 tickets from TicketsNow. 36 hours before the event, the company called to tell me the tickets I purchased were unavailable because they had been sold to someone else... despite being posted as available on their website (they still charged me for the phantom tickets).
