    I completed the Park and Go online application form, which included car and flight details and contacted the office 20 minutes before my arrival, as requested. Upon arriving at the terminal, I found that nobody was there to meet me and called the office again. At this stage I was disappointed and hoped the return service would improve. On returning home I called to say that the plane had landed and called again when I had collected my luggage. Upon reaching the correct location, again there was nobody waiting. I called the office again but it went to answer phone and then told me that the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. I called another number and was told "the traffic is extremely busy". Then 25 minutes later, I called again to be told "the driver has just left". Needless to say, I won't be using this service again!

    A truly awful experience. Park and Go Gatwick failed to collect the car from me at the airport. Despite over 20 phone calls to their offices still no one turned up. Their operatives just picked up the phones and left them on the desk. I ended up paying £200 extra to valet park at the airport to ensure I caught my flight.

    I was not the only ones who were failed to be collected that day and the company were well know to both the marshalls at the airport and the valet parking service run ...

    We booked Premier Meet and Greet through Park and Go Gatwick. An email from them confirmed that they would be at the airport at 7:30am. We arrived then and couldn't find them anywhere. We couldn't contact them on any number that they had given us. They were all business hours numbers! Whilst waiting for them, After 1/2 hour we gave up and went and parked in a ncp space at a cost of £145. The driver eventually called us after 8am. He accused us of not calling him!     I will not be using the Park and Go services in the future and furthermore I will inform families and friends of their poor service.

    Very unhappy and cross ex-costumer.
