Good Points: level of care and obvious personal commitment of the owners to the dogs welfare and happiness.

Bad Points: none

General comments: before we discovered Lucies Farm Luxury Dog Resort we never felt happy with the idea of kennelling a pet.however our consciences were absolutely clear after we returned to find our pet happy well fed and when we took him back to lucies he ran straight from the car to his "suite" where he knew a fresh bowl of water and a home-made cookie would be found.

This was Freddie and Mollys 1st time in kennels and being protective parents to the fur babies was unsure of how they would cope being without us. But as soon as they arrived they went straight out for a walk and never looked back at us! They loved it there and are going back soon.

We had a webcam room and could look in on them whilst we were on our holiday and they seemed happy and content. They came away with their cookies and Molly must have enjoyed herself as she came back heavier and loves ...

At Lucies Farm Luxury Dog Resort there are a small number of kennels which make it easier for each dog to get attention, and this is also good for more nervous dogs who would be stressed in a larger boarding kennel. Each kennel is clean, no matter what time of day I have been there to deliver or collect. The kennel block never has any odour, and the dogs are quiet - no barking for attention, because they are getting enough throughout the day. The owners are true dog-lovers, and when you colle ...

Definitely using again. I would never leave my precious pet in dog kennels. Lucies Farm Luxury Dog Resort in Colletts Green, Worcester is very different. We can book holidays abroad knowing our dog is going to have a lovely holiday as well. No guilty feelings!
