Good Points: Products look good, good price.
Bad Points: Slow delivery, difficult to get answers with regards to customer service. Not what I would call a professional company - when you are shelling out upwards of 5 grand.
General comments: My Spa, which I bought of Spaserve was actually Chinese made and not American - which would explain the long delays and trouble in getting my spa I experienced. Actually found my spa here: www.jnjspa.com/outdoor_spa.htmFor me the old adage came true once again: You get what you pay for in this life. These are cheap spas with loads of extras, so I should expect to have to wait I guess.

Bought at Hot Tub from Spaserve in December 2007, tub installed and turned out to have kinked pipework. There was parts missing, spec. not as described. I sent endless emails and made phone calls because we couldn't use the tub as it wouldn't heat up. Eventually in April 2008 we got an electrical fault, which also blew all power to our house. Another phone call and also a meeting with Citizens Advise, engineer finally came out (may 2008) and condemned the tub. Spaserve, however, were not forthco ...

Got a tub from Spaserve. The screen for the dvd /vcd player is nothing short of useless as it is the size of an incar entertainment system, in daylight you can't see the screen because of the light and at night you have to be pretty close to the screen to make anything out. The mp3 player is really worth having, however the radio would benefit with an aerial, picks up stations ok but, suffers from too much static interference. As the spa is so comfortable it is not easy too find a volunteer to g ...

I ordered a spa in January. I was given the impression that the spa would be here in 8-10 weeks. Now after 10 week we are still waiting for the tub.
I too was told that the tub is made in USA to a specific question. I am now worried as I am now 8 grand out of pocket and yet no sign of the tub. I hope I will get the spa eventually.
I am not entirely happy with how the enquiries have been dealt with so far. It all seems a bit vague.
In future I will be much more aware I think and that's the ad ...

After buying this hot tub from Spaserve, I just wish I never bought one in the first place, it's put me off ever buying one in the future. We are contacted Spa Serve about the repairs, but I'm still waiting for reply to hear what will happen.

They delivered it late. The website says this tub is from USA but I am under the impression it is from China . Model specific manuals (i.e. what
model filter, what is the capacity) should be easy to do, as should
manuals for the audio system.
The tub is great, but we had small problems that could have easily been avoided and have still to be sorted,
we did have an appointment for them to sort these but this has not happened yet.
The latest is an electrical fault which has rendered the tub in ...
