    Good Points: Quick delivery, if chosen. I got my most recent order (trainers and a t-shirt) the day after it was placed, which was great as it was a footwear emergency!There is a very large choice online, and good sale section at the moment. The site seems easy to navigate and has some useful information about skating in general and quite an interesting blog (if you like skating that is!)There is a few different postage options, including a saturday delivery, but that is quite expensive.The customer service people are very friendly and helpful and have helped me out a few times, you can also order over the phone instead of the internet if you want to.

    Bad Points: Some products have no description and/or bad photos that don't show enough detail.The delivery was quite pricey, but then it did arrive in less than 24hrs after I placed it.

    General comments: I have purchased from Route One quite a few times over the last 3 years and although there have been occasional problems, usually with the delivery times, it has never put me off ordering again. When I did not get my new skateboard (last year) in the time that they said, I phoned the customer services number and they assured me it was on it's way after some problems with Parcelforce. It came the next day so I was happy, and Route 1 gave me my delivery charge back, which was great.In all, the online shop seems to be getting better the more I use it, more stock, and less hassle every time.

    The Route One online shoe shop are just not on the ball. The price was great, but the shipping let them down, and they never responded to any of the emails I sent asking whether they had dispatched the shoes.
