    Good Points: Good sales and optimized website for SEO, that's all.. unfortunately.


    Bad Points: Poor usability, unstable, leak of really required features for such a software, there are more advanced solutions on the market with much up-to date features and interface. Web 2.0 is here!!


    General comments: Novo Help Desk has poor usability and unstable! Had a huge amount of problems with this one.
