Good Points: None there customer service was bad from start to finish .
Bad Points: They fob you off just to get your custom
General comments: I applied online for a new car through Ucan They called me back and told me all finance was in place and to go over on that Sunday and pick my new car. I took my old car in part exchange was there about 3 hours picked my new car signed all the paperwork and took my new car home . 3 days later i get a call from them telling me there was a problem with the finance and they wanted my new car back . I asked about my part exchange car and they said they would sort it and call me back but guess what never heard from them . I contacted them 2 days later and get told they had sold my part ex car but they still wanted the new one bk . Next thing i know they have turned up on my door step smashed my new car window in and towed it away and left me with nothing and no real explanation.

Overall uCan Car Credit was not bad, amount of cars and the different types on offer was good. They did listen to what i had to say.
Recommend that when they come back with the payment figures which include GAP and P.p.i say NO, they come back with a better set which still includes the lot.
Will see how things go now i've bought a car

3hrs to get sorted,worth the short wait and into debt,which i had looked into before i enterd the agreement.. .but i will definately enjoy my new car.without tis company i would never had car bein a part-time worker wi a crap credit history..

I picked up my car on Saturday after waiting in the uCan Car Credit showroom for over 4 hours with my 1 year old son.

I arranged finance with uCan Car Credit on a Tuesday and booked an appointment for Saturday. They told me that finance was in place and everything was ready, just awaiting receipt of documents (proofs of ID, address, etc.) They phoned almost everyday from Tuesday to Saturday to confirm that I had all the documentation required. uCan Car Credit offered us 2 cars one being a renault megane and then got spoilt with a jaguar, went for the jaq then got told we couldn't have it!! it soon settled the argument between to loving partners! would recommend for people with bad credit history as they work hard to get you finance, well done guys!
