    We booked a park and fly package through Stay123 .com in May 2009. When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have a reservation for us, and informed us that no rooms were available, so we had to find something last minute on our own. We were then charged for this stay, even though we were unable to actually stay at the hotel. We have been trying to get through to customer service, who replies that they are "working on getting us a refund" but it has been almost two months now and still nothing. My phone calls and emails have been unreturned altogether for the past 3 weeks. BEWARE!!

    While searching for airport parking prices on net we found Stay123.com website, Stay123.com site offers airport hotels with free long term parking, with airport hotels and parking package, you stay one night at an airport hotel and get up to two weeks of free parking. It was a wonderful experience. No rushing to the airport looking for parking, no stress to make it in time, we came a night before, park our car at hotel, got a good night sleep and took hotel shuttle to airport in the morning.
