I've been using FinSpreads for several years now and may say that they are one of the more reliable spread betting companies out there. While I had various issues with them in the past, I can't say that they are much worse than the top dogs, and compared with the rest of the pack are rated at the top for their spreads, margins and range of instruments. With stop and limit orders placed at the right time, you won't have problems closing positions. Execution side of the business is good - again, I can't say that anybody else is even marginally better. There is one conern however and that is their outdated charting package, rigid platform and lack of additional services like research (one concern or three?). I simply wonder why they don't improve anything as if they don't care about their image. I once had a conversation with a rude customer assistant. It made a bad impression on me, but it's nothing to do with real-life trading. So, I guess, customer services is not their best side. Still, they are one of my favourites.
