I purchased the 4lb cji sumo limited edition, it's a great bat to use and not as heavy as you would think, mine has a great feel and pick up, the middle as you could imagine is huge, a few cracks around edges nothing major! The biggest flaw with my bat after only 2 trainings and one 45 over match there was extreme rotation movement in handle, also cracks in splice with a very audible creaking sound, handle is sub par and a serious issue with bat, if they used a better made handle it would an... A very good cricket bat, would like to purchase from CJI again but the bat quickly splitting so quick has put me off a bit. But please remember i was using the cheapest bat ;) (read more)

I bought the £40 version just for use in 20/20 not great, loads of crazy cracking when knoched in. Still comes of the bat nice but won't last long. Mate of mine has the higher grade willow version seems alot better (not suprisingly) but would still only recommend thsi for a middle order slog fest!! (read more)

Great bat for middle order - lower order batsman. The CJI Fatso is comfortable to use., looks good and does its job well. (read more)
