Like others, I placed my not inconsiderable order with 4BW's in May 2011. Some of the canvas's arrived a few weeks later but although quite nice, I noticed they were no where near as good quality as some I had ordered previously. I was told that the large size canvas I ordered was no longer available and was asked what other size I would consider. I did manage to get a reply from him to my emails back in September. I purchased my picture on 1st November, they took my money off me straight away. I am still waiting 4 weeks on or my order. I have tried to call the number... This just rings out. I have emailed them about 8 times and nothing!!! So I have now had to contact my credit crard company who are having to write to FourBlankWalls and reimburse me my money. Placed my initial order a year ago and paid in full. Some of the prints arrived but there was an issue with the files for others. Have been chasing the remainder for months and get no help, just excuses from the owner. Go to a larger, reputable supplier if you want good service (read more)

“Nice Little Canvas and Good for Money”

Received my canvas this morning which is very nice. I paid £15 for it which i thought was a deal and it came 4 or 5 days later which was fine for me. I had wanted my daughters name on the canvas and a message which Fourblankwalls did for me for free. Quite impressed with the service overall. I don't buy a lot of canvas prints but would buy again for birthdays etc should the need arise. I don't usually write reveiws for companies but thought this one deserved one this time. (read more)

“Poor Customer Service”

Ordered ny canvas on the 5th august and the money was debited from my account on the 8th August. To date after numerous emails (no replies) and phone calls (no one answers) still not received my goods. Will be taking legal action if product has not been received by the end of the week. Four Blank Walls do not deserve the custom!! (read more)

Ordered a print for my son's birthday, so delivery on time was important. Didn't get any acknowledgement of my order, so I contacted Four Blank Walls for confirmation that they had received it, and estimate of delivery. Received a very curt email advising that they didn't acknowledge orders. Obviously didn't have it because this was follows a couple of days later by a further email advising that my order had been stuck in the server and it would be despatched within a few days. Didn't... I am very very happy.
I found Fourblankwalls on the net under Banksy Prints and there were several that i wanted to get for my hair salon. I ordered a total of 10 large canvas prints and received these today.
The quality is much better than i expected for the low prices. I have bought from ebay before and these are much much better.
I haven't hung the canvases yet as they are huge but the comments from my customers are already coming in. I will make sure i pass on your website to any...

You must be one of the lucky few ..... I've had nothing but trouble with this company .... very unpleasant when you finally speak to them on the phone ..... still waiting for item 10 weeks after ordering

You must know the owner to get such a great service. I have made an order but am now constantly chasing it by phone and email. Not getting a response either way as the phone goes onto answering machine and emails do not get replied to! I'm sitting here wondering if they have just took my money and are conning me!!!!!

You are very lucky indeed. I ordered a perspex print with Four Blank Walls. Cost about £125. Was told it should be with me in approximately 10 days. Over 6 weeks later, I don't know what to do. I've emailed numerous times to ask for an update - no response. I've tried calling a couple of times every day for the last 2 weeks - not once has the phone been answered (other than by answer phone).
I'm wandering if the company has gone into administration. If not, then this is surely the worst customer service I've ever experienced

I must say that i am very very impressed with Fourblankwalls. I asked them to print several of my family photos onto acrylic prints. At first i was dubious about ordering over the internet but didn't want to pay the huge sums companies such as Venture were charging.
I agreed a price of £140.00 each for seven 80x60cm acrylic prints. Each one had a lot of work that needed doing such as cutting out backgrounds and getting rid of fox spots etc. Fourblankwalls agreed to do this for free as...

My experience with Fourblankwalls has been absolutely awful.
When the product finally arrives it's good but the first time took 7 weeks to receive and like the other review I had to deal with staff i felt were very rude, no apology. Apparently the issues were due to staff illness so I tried again, 8 weeks and counting, they've charged me, been rude, not replied to countless emails. I feel like they just keep fobbing me off. I've had the same. Ordered a perspex print at the beginning of July and still have nothing (but been charged of course).
Have tried calling almost every day for a month - no answer. No response to my many emails either.
Has anyone had any luck yet? also thinking about trading standards. Just wish they would answer the phone!

Received our banksy canvas prints today from Four Blank Walls and i am very very impressed. The print is fab and the price was silly cheap. Couldn't do this cheaper in Tescos.
We opted for the Banksy Balloon Girl canvas print for our daughters birthday and it turned up after a few days. Will be revisiting soon as they have a great sale on. Early Xmas pressies i think.

As a lover of art i bought some Banksy canvas prints from fourblankwalls for my new flat. I had the Banksy baloon girl canvas and the Banksy drunken angel pieces. I ordered them both at 80x60cm as this was a great price. Incidently, all sizes were amazingly cheap.
The canvases arrived about 5 days later as i needed them before my holidays. The canvases were well packed in a solid box. Postage was free.
The print quality was very good. The frames very good. Nice vibrant Banksy...

Found www.fourblankwalls.co.uk via this site and ordered two of my photos on acrylic. One of my two year old son and one of my 4 year old daughter. Fourblankwalls checked the photos for quality and designed a pop art effect for me for free. None of that cheapo rubbish. Good solid designs.
I ordered the acrylics at £99.00 each which was a bargain as Venture had quoted me £1200.00 each for using their photos. The Fourblankwalls ones were just as good. If only i had known hey?

I have just had a delivery of three acrylic prints of my children and on canvas print. I am very very pleased. The staff at Four Blank Walls were excellent in helping me with the design of my artwork and didn't charge for their time. Had i gone elsewhere, i am convinced that i would not have received the same level of service, price or quality of product.
I would not hesitate to recommend Four Blank Walls i a heartbeat.

Just read the review below. You must have been on a different site to me. The art is great. None of this boring pop art stuff that you see on ebay. I have some of this art and i think £12.00 for a canvas (deep edged) is fantastic value especially when the equivalent is double the price and half the thickness. You must be living on another planet!
The canvas prints are the best i have had and the perspex is to die for. I haven't tried out the paintings but i have seen paintings by Jason...

They are the only company i have come across where the courier calls you to let you know the parcels are on route. Very helpful as i have two kids to get ready each day for School.

Similar issue although I been waiting since 2009. No return of my emails. Last time I called in September, another guy said they bought the business from Jason, so not sure what happened. If they are trading in a new name, I will go down there myself to get my money back. Crazy how they treat customers and take their money
