    Good Points: Whole of market with no fee - know what they are talking about.


    Bad Points: Telephone based service only, unless you visit them.


    General comments: I found Smaart Associates online and tried them having had some contradicting advice from other brokers. The person I spoke to was very experienced and was very honest about what I could do.
    The adviser explained the mortgage application process well and the service I received lived up to their promise. I would have preferred a home visit, but this is something they don't offer, you can visit them or complete the process online or over the phone. I deduct a point for this but I guess as a non-fee charging broker they need to keep their costs down. Overall. I would highly recommend.
